Fresh from self producing, recording and releasing his debut EP, Ad Lucem, Dan Sharp's limited run of shows will display his unique take on storytelling through song. His voice is rich and warm, his guitar playing sensitive and his songs crafted to bring the listener in and leave them feeling uplifted and better for the experience. Expect to be moved as Dan plays through the EP in a 'stripped back' format, as well as showcasing his more recently written material.
Abby Wolfe released her debut EP, Open Your Eyes in 2016 to much acclaim. The young product of Dunedin shifted to Auckland earlier this year and with another year of working on her craft, her sound has matured, her incredibly powerful voice has a heightened depth and her songwriting has taken flight. A young artist to keep tabs on as her career looks set to take off.
Wellington's own Marley Richards opens the show with his eclectic brand of alternative acoustic folk-pop blended with subtle jazz elements. A unique voice, a fantastic songwriter and armed with a new set of songs written abroad in the cold wastes of Canada, Marley could just become your new favourite Kiwi artist.
